Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you

know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Bungaribee Road Blacktown

Orders can be picked up during selected pickup window. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 4pm during store hours 9-5pm will be delivered the following 2 days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered in the next 2 days we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Australia Post. The delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to Australia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer $10 standard flat rate shipping to Australia, if you would like express shipping it is availble to Australia shoppers at $15. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States of America, each at varying rates. If you are ordering more than $200AUD value of clothing extra shipping charges may be applicable.

Rates are calculated upon address being added to order in the checkout process. We endeavour to have competitive shipping rates across the countries we service.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thunder & Son is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, if you have listed a P.O. Box as your address your order may be voided and you could miss out on your item in a limited run. We will do our best to contact you within the first 24 hours but after that the order will be void.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thunderandson@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
